총사업비 400억 원이 들어가는 광양만권 중소기업 전문인력 양성과 경쟁력 강화에 핵심적 역할을 수행할 ‘광양만권 중소기업연수원’ 유치를 위한 타당성조사 용역비 2억 원이 지원된다.
